We are looking for a Market Insights Consultant to provide data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations that enable decision-making. This role involves gathering and interpreting market intelligence, identifying industry trends, and delivering actionable insights to internal & external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, critical thinking, experience with market research methodologies, and the ability to translate complex data into insights. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and is a client-facing role. Responsibilities:

Collect and analyse data from various sources, including customer surveys, platform metrics, and third-party reports.
Prepare detailed market research reports that include key findings, trends, and recommendations for service and product improvements.
Use data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and accessible way.
Prepare and present findings to stakeholders in a way that informs strategy and decision-making.
Translate complex data into clear and compelling narratives for a technical and non-technical audience.
Support the development of thought leadership content and industry reports based on market intelligence.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive improvements based on insights.
Identify market trends and competitive landscape to support business development and product positioning.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the research process.

Required Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience in data analysis, market research, consulting or related fields.
Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools such as Excel, Power BI, and data visualization software.
Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed analysis using statistical methods.
Experience in preparing and presenting detailed reports to stakeholders.
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in both English & Arabic language.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data and business needs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
Experience working in advisory services and consulting environment is a plus.
