As a Product Operations Specialist, your daily workload might include:

  1. Define and set the collaboration structure between Product and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation with Product and to capture any insights relevant for Product discovery; stakeholders include: Customer success, Sales and Post-sales.
  2. Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for our products.
  3. Surface and advocate for key insights to inform product features prioritization and scoping.
  4. Work closely with Product Marketing on the go-to-market of new products and features.
  5. Own Product testing (dogfooding), to ensure features are built as intended and will be adopted by clients.
  6. Surface then work-on solving bugs with the Engineering team.
  7. Facilitate regular cross-functional Product strategy exercises, most notably roadmap planning.
  8. Work closely with Product managers to follow up on progress of scoping and prioritizations.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Degree in STEM, preferred.
  2. Minimum of 4 years work experience, with at least 2 years at a technology company.
  3. Experience (3+ years) with project management is a must.
  4. Experience in Operations is a plus.
  5. Entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
  6. Knowledge or ability to quickly pick up the latest Risk and Machine Learning technologies.
