About this Position Henkel is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our tax reform implementation and global communication strategy. As the leader of this critical function, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (LATAM & Global) to design, improve, and execute tax compliance processes while ensuring adherence to evolving tax regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact on the company’s strategic direction through active involvement in tax compliance, acquisition due diligence, audits, and litigation processes. What you ́ll do Be the leader of Tax Reform implementation in the company and global communication. Work closely with cross-functional teams (LATAM & Global) to design/improve tax compliance processes. Evaluate the tax effect and implications of business initiatives, contemplated transactions, and business proposals from a tax compliance perspective. Participate actively in company projects, solving doubts and proposing tax paths and solutions. Work on various projects impacting the future strategy (tax reform) to minimize/mitigate adverse litigation. Support acquisition tax due diligence and integrations. Support tax audits and tax litigations. What makes you a good fit Previous experience as Tax Manager / Coordinator with cross-functional collaboration. Broad tax planning knowledge. Experience in project management or project organization. Expertise in global and regional tax compliance. Strong communication and leadership abilities. ERP systems knowledge.
