We currently serve customers in over 40 countries. Our platform is available in B2C for parents & kids as well as in B2B format for school. Role Description The Cloud Infra & Support Engineer (Freshers) will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with troubleshooting, technical support, Customer Support, system administration, network security, and networking. This position is located in Bengaluru, the role requires working in shift & allows for remote /hybrid work. Qualifications

• Troubleshooting, System Administration, and Technical Support skills
• Knowledge administering cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration preferred (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools (CodeDeploy, Jenkins, Ansible) is a plus but not essential
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication (verbal english) is a must
• Bachelor's degree in computers , IT , System or related area is preferred
• Relevant certifications like AWS are a plus.
