Job Description

As the Country Chief Risk Officer, you will be responsible for protecting the business through appropriate risk management discipline, overseeing the effective execution of risk management within the country, and ensuring risks are captured, understood, and clearly communicated to key internal and external stakeholders. You will lead the implementation of Group Risk Policies locally, manage risk activity in liaison with Regional risk teams, and agree any local exceptions to Group Risk Policy with the Regional CRO and relevant Risk Function Heads.

• Main Objectives:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards;
• Mitigate conduct and reputational risk issues;
• Monitor how Global Businesses and Functions manage their responsibilities regarding regulations;
