About the job: Clinical Microbiologist Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microbiologist to join our client in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and a passion for research and development. As a Microbiologist, you will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and developing new products and processes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify and characterize microorganisms.
2. Develop and optimize microbiological processes for the production of new products.
3. Perform quality control tests to ensure product safety and efficacy.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in microbiology.
6. Write reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all experiments and results.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the laboratory.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory setting.
3. Must have a valid medical license to practice.
4. Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and procedures.
5. Experience with microbial isolation, identification, and characterization.
6. Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulations.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong communication and presentation skills.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
11. Experience with biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
