About Kimpton Riyadh Located in King Abdullah Financial District, which is set in the heart of the Saudi capital, 22 kilometers away from the airport, Kimpton Riyadh is the first Kimpton in the Middle East bringing the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this LEED certified landmark development home to 1.6 million square meters of state-of-the-art office space, world-class venues and iconic luxury residences. The hotel welcomes guests to experience its 212 guest rooms and suites and to enjoy its unique dining options. Day to Day

1. Monitoring Pool Area : Keeping a constant watch over the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests.
2. Guest Interaction : Welcoming guests to the pool, explaining available services and activities, and ensuring they are aware of the pool rules and regulations.
3. Safety and Rescue : Using appropriate rescue techniques to assist swimmers in need and administering first aid when necessary.
4. Pool Maintenance : Checking and maintaining the cleanliness of the pool, including skimming the water, checking chemical levels, and ensuring the pool deck is tidy.
5. Equipment Management : Ensuring that pool equipment, such as sun loungers and umbrellas, are in good condition and properly set up.
6. Health and Safety Compliance : Regularly checking the temperature of the pool and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
7. Guest Assistance : Providing swimming lessons or training upon request and assisting guests with any special needs or concerns.
8. Reporting Issues : Notifying supervisors of any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or guest issues that need attention.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. What we need from you Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration
• Two to Three years’ prior tenure in a similar role
• International luxury hotel chain background
• GCC exposure
• English Fluency is required
• Arabic Fluency is preferred
