Job Title : Executive Assistant to the CEO Location: Main Chhatarpur Rd, Rajpur Khurd Extension, Chhatarpur, New Delhi, Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Dentalkart. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of multitasking and managing a wide range of administrative and executive tasks. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in optimizing the CEOs efficiency to ensure smooth operation and growth of the company. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail. - Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and documents as required. - Assist in preparing for meetings and attending them to take minutes. - Serve as the point of contact between the CEO, clients, and other external partners. - Manage personal tasks for the CEO such as handling personal appointments or family-related matters if necessary. - Organize events and conferences, including logistics, attendee management, and follow-up. - Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members, staff, and stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. - Flexible daily schedule, with the ability to work outside of standard hours when needed. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners. - Discretion and confidentiality of the highest level.
