Experience: 3+ years in E-commerce (Fashion Industry Preferred) Are you an experienced e-commerce professional with a passion for driving growth in international markets? Join our team as the E-commerce Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our fashion brand across leading global marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Noon and more! Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage our presence on international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, and others, ensuring optimal product visibility, pricing, and sales.
- Global Expansion: Develop and execute strategies for market entry and growth in key regions, including the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Product Listings: Optimize product descriptions, images, and overall presentation to maximize conversion rates and customer engagement across platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, including sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels, timely fulfillment, and smooth order processing.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and other marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer loyalty on each marketplace.
- Compliance & Market Trends: Stay updated on marketplace regulations, trends, and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and compliant with all local policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and meet sales targets.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on managing international marketplaces.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the fashion industry is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, and tools for performance tracking and optimization.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make informed decisions, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of increasing sales, managing product listings, and driving customer engagement on global marketplaces.
- Organized & Strategic: Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and campaigns simultaneously while thinking long-term about brand growth.
