About the job Ad-Ding! is a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in driving growth for brands across multiple verticals. With a track record of the founders managing ₹50cr+ ad spends and scaling businesses of all sizes, the agency offers a customized approach towards performance marketing. We’re looking for a Google Ads Intern who has a basic understanding of Google Ads Manager and wants to gain hands-on experience in running, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor key performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with the team on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve conversions
- Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and trends
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads Manager ( hands-on experience is a must )
- Work experience of at least 6 months is a must!
- Passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently & collaboratively
- Understanding of Google Analytics & conversion tracking is a plus
- Hands-on experience managing real-world ad accounts and budgets.
- Exposure to multiple Google Ads campaign types & strategies
- Mentorship from experienced professionals in the field of performance marketing.
- Opportunity to convert into a Performance Marketing Associate after the completion of the internship basis performance.
