Roles & Responsibilities: Handle operational duties in the pastry/Bread department, including daily production of cakes & Bread. Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to. Manage inventory and ordering of food, supplies, and equipment, maintaining appropriate stock levels and minimizing waste and loss. Develop menus, R&D, and any other related tasks. Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and observe all guidelines pertaining to the handling and preparation of orders. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines. Ensure that kitchen equipment and facilities conform to sanitary regulations, and that baking equipment and refrigerators are properly kept and cleaned. Aware of and implement waste controls. Section stock control and rotation. Willing and able to work shift work. Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years of related experience is required for this position. An attitude that is keen and willing to learn. Good teamwork and ability to work well in stressful situations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
