Our core principles are skill-centric, offering unique membership opportunities, career events, and talent solutions to bridge the gap between youth and HR decision makers. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sponsorship Sales Specialist at Pupilar UAE | Future of Hiring in Dubai. The Specialist will be responsible for sponsorship sales for youth career programs, communication with stakeholders, lead generation, and driving sales initiatives to support our youth career community and programs. Location : Dubai, Emirates Towers Timings : 11am-3pm Contract : Part Time Salary : TBD Visa : Not Provided Responsibilities and Qualifications:- Seek Sponsorship for Youth Programs
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Lead Generation Expertise
- Experience in Managing Sponsorships
- Ability to generate revenue through sponsorships
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of event management and marketing
- Experience in youth engagement initiatives is a plus
- Have existing relationships with sponsorship managers of brands
- Obsessed over closing deals, by traveling, calling, or any creative means
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience
- Must have connections with sponsorship managers of brands
- Must have closed minimum $5k deals in the past
- UAE-Based, Can work Part Time
- Graduated, Experienced, Freelancer, & has a sales mindset
- Willing to take risks to work with a startup

- How many Dubai Based Sponsorships have you got and closed end to end? Ideal answer: 5
