Location: Lekki

Responsibility

  • Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items.
  • Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Update project trackers
  • Act as a point of contact between the Project Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and review emails, memos, and other forms of communication.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all project materials.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Must be a NYSC Youth Corper
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
