Plugz Strategic Services is a dynamic startup brand and marketing agency seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can hit the ground running and immediately contribute to generating revenue, leads, and new clients for both our agency and our clients. About the Role: The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that not only build brand awareness and customer engagement for Plugz Strategic Services but, most importantly, drive revenue growth and client acquisition. This role demands a strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to generate tangible results. We need someone who is proactive, resourceful, passionate about marketing, and eager to contribute directly to the bottom line of a fast-paced startup environment. This role will also involve supporting the marketing efforts of our clients, so experience in a client-facing role is a plus. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on revenue generation and client acquisition for Plugz Strategic Services.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, with a focus on ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for both our agency and our clients.
  • Create compelling, client-focused marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, social media updates, and marketing collateral, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
  • Manage social media presence and engagement for Plugz Strategic Services, focusing on lead generation and brand building.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns targeted at specific client segments, with a focus on conversion and lead nurturing.
  • Plan and execute marketing events and sponsorships designed to attract potential clients and generate leads for both our agency and our clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, demonstrating the impact of marketing activities on revenue and client acquisition.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness, prioritizing activities with the highest potential for ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and client acquisition strategies.
  • Proactively identify and develop new marketing initiatives to generate leads and attract clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly those related to lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Support client marketing initiatives as needed, leveraging your expertise to help them achieve their marketing goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Years of experience in marketing, with a demonstrable track record of generating revenue, leads, and clients.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that directly contribute to business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate our value proposition to potential clients.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue and client acquisition.
  • Experience working with clients in a marketing or agency setting is a plus.

  • Experience with specific marketing automation tools or platforms relevant to lead generation.
  • Familiarity with specific industry or market relevant to Plugz Strategic Services and its target clients.
  • Existing network of contacts within relevant industries.
