Job description
Duties & Responsibilities.
- Develop and recruit marine and protective coatings customers for the business.
- Generate orders by liaising with the sales planning team.
- Ensures that proper documentations are made in the processing of all Key Marine Customers Accounts orders.
- Monitors the performance of each customer and regularly advises management on actions to take, especially when there are deviations.
- Prepare monthly report that capture the entire performance of the marine segment of the business.
- Prepare and update the factory on outstanding orders to aid production planning.
- Attend and contribute at sales and regional meetings to solve urgent organizational process and people issues to achieve corporate objective.
- Provide timely reports and information to help strategic tactical decisions. –Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Summary
- Monitor and control the use of company’s resources.
- Make recommendations on the terms of trade for institutional customers and other marketing related expenditures.
- BSc. Chemistry or Petroleum & Gas Engineering
- 6 Years’ working experience
- Highly motivated technical sales manager with proven performance record of sales and technical consulting in the highly competitive and technical segment of the Marine and Protective Coating Industry
- Great supervisory, planning, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
- Technical competence and goal getter
