About us: FABgetaways operates in two regions: UAE and India and serves travellers with affordable luxury and luxury resort offers. Our current customer base spans across both countries with customers from 60+ Nationalities and 100+ cities having experienced our services. Your role involves:
- Acting as the first point of contact with Customers exploring FABgetaways for their next holiday
- Interacting and selling our deals to customers across channels such as calls, Instagram, WhatsApp, Email etc
- Resolving customer complaints and building a post-case brief to better handle similar cases in the future
- Managing leads through systematic approaches in order to build the funnel of conversions
- Supporting outbound campaigns
- Collecting reviews & and feedback from guests
- Strategizing campaigns with the Digital marketing team to drive sales during festivals, need periods taking into account the needs of travellers
- Working on initiatives to grow the business through strategic partnerships, collaborations
- Acting as a brand advocate in the UAE region with spreading the word about FABgetaways through networking events, meetings etc
- Excellent English proficiency
