Riyadh CEF: 195044 / Certification

1.3. Reporting to

Certification Manager / Operation Manager (Functionally)

1.4. Key Working Relationship

Working with: Operations Manager, Technical Manager, Auditors, Trainers, Training Manager, Coordinators, Collectors.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2.1. Specialty

Background in Certification / 3rd party auditing and Training

2.2. Education Degree

Food sciences / Health and Safety / Quality / Chemical Engineering

2.4. Technical knowledge

ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 / 9001 / 14001 / 45001 and other CQI IRCA accredited Lead auditor course of all above given standards.

2.5. Experience

10 years in the industry of quality and auditing out of which 5 Year with any renowned Certification Body. Must be approved by LA in for Food & QHSE standards. Bi-lingual (Arab & English) are preferable.

RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

3.1. Primary Functions

  • Plan, execute and complete the auditing and training assignments.
  • Authorized for decision of Recommendation.
  • Authorize to decide the level of compliance of the client based on the verified performance.
  • Authorize to decide to proceed with audit based on ISMS / BCMS / ITSMS and QHSE conditions at site.
  • Accountable for any breach of HSE requirements/instruction of client or office.
  • Responsible for control and performance of on-site audit activities including any planning and review, and the control of other members of audit teams.
  • Authorized to lead Bureau Veritas Certification Audits and to take those decisions as necessary during Audits and to recommend for initial certification, maintaining certification or recertification.

  • Management Systems
  • Audit preparation process (ISMS and local rules, if any, for each relevant certification scheme)
  • Accreditation rules
  • Bureau Veritas audit methodology
  • Local statutory requirements

3.3. Business Requirements

  • Timely sending audit plans
  • Timely sending Audit Report
  • Quality & Quantity of Non Conformities
  • Reduced Rejections from ICC
  • Assignments assigned by manager other than above.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to persuade people to adopt good practice
  • (Optional: Valid KSA driving license)

3.4. QHSSE Responsibilities

  • Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV HSE Policies, procedures and practices.
  • Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/HSE Representative.
  • Report immediately to HSE Representative any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
  • Report immediately to HSE Representative any HSE incident and cooperate in investigating Reporting all incidents and taking action whenever they see an unsafe act or condition.
  • Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).
  • Co-operate with others on health and safety, and not interfere with, or misuse, anything provided for your health, safety or welfare.
