Company Description Serendib Training is a Qatar based technical training and consulting company that provides specialized solutions tailored to various industries and professions. Role Description This is a freelance role for a Retail Trainer at Serendib Training. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for training and development, communication, customer service, coaching, and providing ongoing training to retail companies in Qatar. They will develop training programs, conduct coaching sessions, and ensure high-quality training delivery to enhance retail staff performance. Qualifications
- Work experience in multiple retail sectors (for example: luxury, fmcg, fashion, electronics, etc.)
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the retail industry
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role in the retail industry
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the retail industry in the middle east
- Work experience in different departments within the retail industry
- Training & Development and Coaching skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Ability to coach and mentor retail employees effectively
