The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity at our Smithton facility for someone who is looking for a new and challenging role within a growing and progressive organisation and is passionate about the agricultural, construction, and lifestyle sectors. The successful applicant will report to the Operations Manager. They will be responsible for creating value for our customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and contributing to sustaining an enjoyable team environment. This role will suit someone who enjoys work variety while providing the highest level of service to customers. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their service needs, scheduling appointments, assisting in organising parts and providing cost estimates. Additionally, you will coordinate with our technicians to ensure timely and quality service for our customers. About you As a successful Service Advisor, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the Agricultural/Automotive or Truck industry or similar.
- Demonstrated Administration experience – including MS Office Suites
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) having the ability to communicate with all levels of business
- An ability to manage workloads, achieve set outcomes, be accountable and reliable
- Operate with effective communication skills and provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent time management skills and be a team player who works with initiative, commitment and a positive attitude
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- A passion for farming and the agricultural industry
- Valid and current driver's licence
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Branch Manager.
- Providing effective customer support including the ability to deal with customers personally and over the phone, and to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain an organised service schedule
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Accurately create Repair Orders and Service Invoices
- Accurately enter Service Administration Data into internal systems
- Assist with administering the efficient day-to-day operations in the Service Department
- Support Parts and Sales teams as required.
