Executive Assistant - Entry level

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle email correspondence, draft reports, and maintain records.
- Conduct research and assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Track project deadlines and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when needed.
- Act as a point of contact between the Cofounder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally.
- Support with daily administrative tasks.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a high IQ are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or project management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
