Our Client International Bank Key Responsibilities Building Relationships : Develop strong connections with external stakeholders such as property agents, brokers, and sales agents to increase referrals for individual mortgage loans. Independence in New Environments : Confidently work solo in unfamiliar settings, including show flats and events. Customer Interaction : Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to manage loan-related inquiries and provide exceptional service to affluent and mass-market clients. Engage clients through internal channels like marketing campaigns, inbound mortgage inquiries, and branch walk-ins/referrals. End-to-End Loan Processing : Oversee the complete mortgage loan application process, ensuring seamless handling of cases up to the acceptance of loan offers by customers. Market Awareness : Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and conduct regular market reviews to enhance product differentiation and better serve target customer groups. Stakeholder Management Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including property agents, brokers, and sales agents, to enhance referrals for individual mortgage loans. Ideal Candidate Profile Education : Diploma holder or higher qualifications. Industry Expertise : Solid knowledge of mortgage regulations, frameworks, and the real estate market. Experience : At least 2 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior exposure to retail mortgage sales.
