Job Function: Any Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: OIL & GAS Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. Experience: 5 - 7 yrs. Job Description: Key Responsibilities:- Workshop Management: Supervise and manage daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Mechanical Engineering: Apply advanced mechanical engineering principles to diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment.
- Welding: Perform and oversee various welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, ensuring precision and safety.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory standards and project specifications.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior specialists and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce and adhere to all safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all mechanical and welding activities, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance workshop efficiency and effectiveness.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and management of workshop supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishments.
