Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing vessel planning for both terminals.
- Monitoring daily operations in all cargo operations.
- Ensure correct resources/equipment are deployed on a shift by shift basis.
- Handle exceptions and attend to emergencies during shift duty.
- Prepare the daily yard work plans related to discharges, receiving exports, housekeeping etc.
- Ensure that all the containers received from the vessel have been confirmed with a yard position.
- Navis TOS experience is Mandatory
- Must have solid understanding of the container and general cargo industry
- Proven experience in safety, cost, and productivity improvement as well as design and implementation of new operation procedure.
- Having a Degree in port or related logistics or a marine qualification is preferred
- Having GCC work experience is an advantage
