PR, Communications & Social Media Officer About Us: We're seeking a dynamic PR, Communications & Social Media Officer to craft compelling narratives across all channels. This role combines traditional PR expertise with digital-first storytelling to enhance our brand presence and engagement. Key Responsibilities: PR & Communications:

Develop and execute integrated PR and communication strategies
Write press releases, statements, and corporate communications
Manage media relations and build journalist relationships
Handle crisis communications and reputation management
Plan and execute PR events and press conferences
Monitor media coverage and compile coverage reports

Social Media Management:

Create and manage content calendars across all social platforms
Produce engaging social media content (copy, images, videos)
Monitor and engage with audience across platforms
Track social media metrics and optimize content strategy
Run social media campaigns and paid promotions
Identify trending topics and leverage real-time marketing opportunities
Manage community engagement and response strategies

Digital Content:

Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels
Create compelling storytelling content for digital platforms
Develop and manage content for corporate website
Produce newsletters and internal communications
Create engaging multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field
3+ years combined experience in PR and social media management
Proven track record in media relations
Excellence in content creation and copywriting
Experience with social media management tools
Strong understanding of digital analytics and reporting
Crisis communication experience
Portfolio demonstrating social media success
Arabic and English is must

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok)
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Knowledge of social media analytics tools
Basic photo and video editing skills
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Understanding of SEO principles

Creative storyteller with strong editorial judgment
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Proactive and able to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Team player with excellent communication skills
Trend-aware and digitally savvy
