Job Description
- Working on Shopify to handle exchanges and returns for customers.
- Managing the shipping company's system, following up on shipments
- Responding to comments and private messages on Facebook and Instagram.
- Handle orders issue with customer
- Handle requests from Branches and finance department
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role
- Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
- Multi-tasking
- Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good using Outlook, Word, and Excel.
