Carbon and Energy Efficiency Services (CarbonEES) is a Wellington based Energy and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) management company that works with clients across Aotearoa – New Zealand. Using our patented software, e-Bench, we provide energy and sustainability management services to many high profile private and public sector organisations such as central and local government, banks, universities, and research institutes. CarbonEES are members of the Sustainable Business Network, Carbon and Energy Professionals, Sustainable Business Council, New Zealand Green Building Council and are a signatory to the Climate Leaders Coalition. As an organisation we have reduced our greenhouse gas emissions by 90% against our 2010/2011 baseline year. As we continue to expand and improve our carbon services, we are looking for an individual to join our small and tightly knit team, with a strong analytical mindset. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist CarbonEES in ensuring that the data in our software, e-Bench, is both accurate and complete.
  2. Be involved in Greenhouse Gas Inventory analysis.
  3. Produce reports to assist our clients in decreasing their emissions.
We enjoy a very friendly and relaxed office environment, where the day is broken up with trivia quizzes and conversations around movements in the climate space. We offer some flexibility with working from home when required, but working in the office is preferred. One thing we can promise is that the job will be anything but boring, as our company is at the leading edge of changing the way sustainability services are being provided in Aotearoa – New Zealand.
