Ontime Group is seeking a skilled Plastic Surgeon with DHA eligibility to join our dynamic clinic. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality cosmetic and reconstructive surgical services to our patients. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, delivering aesthetic solutions that significantly enhance the quality of life for individuals. Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed consultations with patients to understand their goals and medical history
- Perform a variety of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, including both cosmetic and medically necessary procedures
- Develop tailored surgical plans based on individual patient needs
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care
- Ensure all surgical procedures are carried out to the highest standards of safety and care
- Maintain thorough documentation of procedures, patient interactions, and treatment plans
- Stay abreast of advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient treatment outcomes
- Medical degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery
- Active DHA eligibility to practice in Dubai
- Experience in performing various plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of current best practices in plastic surgery
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
