Responsibilities Manage the relationship between Fujitsu and its selected AMS partner Function as Fujitsu POC for support issue escalation, AMS issue resolution, and project initiation Proactively ensure AMS support is working within the bounds of the terms of the agreement Collaborate with Business and AMS support partners to ensure business demands are appropriately administered Proactively provide status on all activities to appropriate stakeholders Follow applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the support and/or maintenance of systems Develop procedures, processes, and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality of the process or end-state deliverable Other projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements and Skills 3 to 5+ years strong experience working as a Service Delivery Manager for SAP Application Maintenance and Support & Project engagement in a medium organization Must have SAP Functional (Logistics module) or Technical Consultant hands-on experience in SAP Projects or Maintenance Support services Have experience in managing customer's stakeholders such as business users, IT managers etc., as well as external contractors or partners Well-versed with the execution of Support operations like Incident Management, Change Management/Change Request, Problem Management, Service Requests, SLA, Status reports, Dashboards, etc Experience in transition from project to support Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Other and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
