HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
3. Lead accident investigations and provide reports to prevent reoccurrence.
4. Provide safety training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors.
5. Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including safety reports, records, and risk assessments.
6. Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure proper equipment and resources are available.
7. Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
8. Work closely with management and other departments to develop safety strategies and foster a culture of safety.

Requirements:

1. NEBOSH IGC Certified
2. Bachelor's degree in relevant field
