Roles and Responsibilities- Responsible for network and hardware troubleshooting
- Responsible for all network cabling
- Responsible for repairing PCs, notebooks, and printers
- Supporting and troubleshooting email issues
- Handling Microsoft Windows 11 deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Repairing PC/Notebook/Printer hardware at component level
- University degree or diploma in Computer/Electronics related area
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hardware/software support and services
- Must have hands-on experience with hardware from major vendors like HP, Dell, and IBM
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio is an added benefit
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office & Office 365 deployment
- Proficient with usage of standard diagnostic and testing of equipment and software tools
