What you will be working on: To create experiential sporting experiences for seniors by innovating, promoting and delivering quality programmes through the creation of opportunities and networking with key partners to leverage on each other’s strengths and resources, contributing to healthy and socially connected citizens in their golden age. To conceptualise, develop and implement Active X initiatives as follows: Collaborate with external partners such as Eldercare Centres to increase the reach. Collaborate with internal partners to leverage expertise and resources. Collaborate with partners to design and implement the Community Physical Activities Programme. Plan and manage the implementation of programmes that are suitable for seniors, including inter-generational programmes. Collect data and compile analytics. Support HQ team in planning and implementation of events/programmes. Ability to connect and collaborate with various organizations such as NSAs, schools and VWOs, to achieve desired business outcomes within the designated location. To organise inter-generation events to attract new volunteers. What we are looking for: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, you should possess the following: Diploma or Degree holder (degree in Sport Management or Event Management is advantageous). Proficient in English and possess strong language and communication (written and verbal) skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Possess excellent attention to detail, good time management skills, adaptable to changing work requirements and willing to take on new challenges. Have a proactive mindset and be a good team player. May be required to work on weekends and Public Holidays. Experience in sport programming related work will be key assets for this temporary position. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
