Responsibilities: Evaluating technical proposals based on specifications. Proposing and negotiating alternative materials with cost considerations. Sourcing and purchasing materials/services locally and internationally. Advising on supplier selection and purchase terms. Generating purchase orders and managing delivery timelines. Reviewing supplier performance in price, delivery, and quality. Assisting with vendor qualification, assessments, and due diligence. Preparing RFQs, bid evaluations, and maintaining supplier relationships. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Project, Commercial, QA/QC, etc.). Providing administrative support for procurement tasks and generating reports. Requirements: Diploma in Purchasing Management/Supply Chain Management/Engineering or equivalent. Sound knowledge of offshore material specifications and proven experience in procuring piping & steel materials.
