Role Overview
The Inclusion Teacher will support Students of Determination (SEND) and Gifted students, ensuring they receive tailored interventions that enable them to access and progress within the British curriculum in line with the GEMS School of Research and Innovation’s vision for inclusive, research-driven, and future-focused education. This role involves:- Implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Developing differentiated strategies and providing in-class or pull-out interventions to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborating with classroom teachers, counselors, and the leadership team to foster an inclusive learning environment.
- Providing support with staff training and liaising with external specialists.
- Engaging with parents and external experts to provide holistic support for students.
