Job Role: Responsible for investigating, diagnosing and repairing electrical-mechanical faults to ensure high standards of plant and equipment reliability, efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.
Tasks and Duties:
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance according to work priorities and schedules.
- Follow company procedures and rules at all times.
- Ensure that electrical breakdowns are repaired as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Investigate problems and breakdowns and ensure that repairs correct the problem, not the symptoms.
- Maintain the workshop in a clean, organized, and safe manner at all times.
- Ensure that all oil and fluid spills and waste are cleared immediately.
- Continuously seek ways and means of improving performance.
- Train and develop non-maintenance staff in maintenance support activities.
- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out as detailed in the preventive maintenance checklists.
- Advise supervisor of any additional repair work needed or spare parts requirements.
- Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all work done and time taken.
- Be available to attend emergencies outside normal working hours.
- Work effectively with the multi-cultural workforce.
- Carry out similar or related work as directed by his direct superior.

- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, ERP system).
Qualifications:
Related Diploma.Experience:
