Photographer/Videographer & Editor for Performance Marketing

Start Date: ASAP Renumeration per month: ₹30,000/- Location: New Bel Road, Bangalore Role: Full-time, in office from Monday – Saturday, 10am-6pm Job Description We're hiring a full-time candidate for the position of Photographer/ Videographer & Editor for performance marketing for our e-commerce business - Floral Art by Nandini ( The candidate will primarily work on strategy and creating performance marketing ad creatives for our brand which has a social media following of over 90k. The candidate will be a key position in our small team which we're looking to grow. The selected candidate will look after the strategy, ad creation along with product and lifestyle photography. Experience Required: 1 year (making creatives for performance marketing) Skills Required: Photography, videography, photo and video editing Equipment Required: Laptop (with necessary editing software), DSLR Roles of the candidate:

• Creating short-format video content & static assets primarily for performance marketing
• Working on strategy for performance marketing creatives
• Copy-writing for performance marketing
• Creating and analysing weekly reports on performance of content
• Shooting product photography and lifestyle images
• Shooting content for sales channels such as website, market places etc
• Editing content shot for social media, website and market places
• Design content for creatives, website assets and print material
• Taking part in continuous internal systems improvement
• Strategising, planning and executing campaigns with content creators and
• influencers from start to end
• Any other work that might arise related to the job
