Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration tasks.Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.
- Develops actionable short-term and long-term plans for HR initiatives.
- Responsible for collecting all the needed data for the monthly payroll including overtime, incentives, loans, if any.
- Maintains payroll records and ensures compliance with employment laws.
- Identifies, attracts, and hires top talent to meet the company’s needs.
