About the role: If you would like to drive the future direction of the Specsavers CRM in Australia and New Zealand, we have an amazing opportunity to join the world-renowned Marketing team as the Head of CRM. If you have a passion for CRM, excel at building strong relationships, and can inspire a team, this role would be a great fit for you. Reporting into the Director of Customer Engagement, the Head of CRM is responsible for developing and leading the customer communication strategy to enhance customer retention. This role involves overseeing the CRM team, driving the use of data-driven insights to improve customer engagement, and ensuring that CRM initiatives align with the company’s short and long-term business objectives. You will continually be working with stakeholders to ensure that CRM plans are integrated across marketing and can be delivered where there are dependencies from other functions. Furthermore, you will contribute a proactive leadership style through sound communication, motivating and influencing others, as well as the ability to work alongside others. Who we are looking for: An experienced CRM leader who has developed Customer Contact Strategies for a retail, financial services, health, or other relevant organisations (essential) Proven leadership capability and experience achieving business objectives through a collaborative team approach (essential) A strategic thinker with the ability to work to budgets and deadlines. Thrives in a global organisation with strong ability to build working relationships with a diverse range of people. Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
