VAC9567 - Project Manager, PMO/ Fast Telco Subsidiary of Ooredoo Kuwait Field: B2B Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent Location: Kuwait - Kuwait City Closing date: 28-Feb-2025 The Company: Fast Telco Subsidiary of Ooredoo The Role: Responsible for planning, executing, delivering & closing projects within a predefined budget & timeframe.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

1. Develop a HL and LL project plan.
2. Track the progress of the project plans and report any deviation.
3. Follow up with resources and ensure activities are on track.
4. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
5. Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
6. Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless execution of projects.
7. Develop project scopes & objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders & ensuring technical feasibility.
8. Co-coordinate the project team, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress.
9. Participate in the creation of RFP, RFQ, RFB, and attend bidder conferences.
10. Ensure resource availability.
11. Liaise with respective unit heads to allocate and release resources.
12. Monitor the resources' workload throughout the work & re-assign resources if needed.
13. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule & costs.
14. Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation.
15. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools & techniques.
16. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a large organization in the telecom industry.
• Prefer to have ISP background experience.
• Knowledge about Cisco / HP technologies.
• PMP certification.
• CCNA / CCNP certification.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
