Medical Representative - Based in Kuwait

Tasks and Responsibilities: The capabilities required for success in this role are:

1. Understands the healthcare marketplace in Kuwait; the payer environment; customer & accounts priorities; patient, product and monetary flows; patient disease states and therapeutic options.
2. Analyzes business trends, market dynamics, patient, product and monetary flows; prioritizes opportunities; builds territory and account plans; and secures needed resources.
3. Executes territory and account plans; achieves territory and account plan goals & objectives and materializes actions on a timely basis; and regularly evaluates and adjusts territory and account plans as needed.

1. Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.
2. Kuwait experience is a MUST.
3. Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment is a PLUS.
4. Has the understanding of healthcare systems and patient flow in relevant market.
5. Excellent planning and time management skills.
6. Strong written and verbal English skills.
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Strong business acumen.
9. Demonstrated resilience in complex environments.
10. Demonstrated high learning agility.
