Rail Infrastructure Coordinator - Senior Manager (City Transport - PUA) | MAS136

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Rail Infrastructure Coordinator (Senior Manager) to join our City Transport team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading coordination and interface initiatives within the Qiddiya project, which aims to create the world's premier entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. Your expertise in the planning of Rail projects, design development, and project management will be crucial in driving sustainable and effective transportation solutions. As the Rail Infrastructure Coordinator, you will oversee the development of the Primary Urban Axis Project, Qiddiya's fully autonomous rail system providing connectivity across Qiddiya. Your work will involve collaborating with various consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams, to drive forward a successful solution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines and milestones
• Coordinate project meetings, conference calls and correspondence
• Track project progress, identifying potential delays
• Coordinate design reviews with internal teams and stakeholders
• Identify potential construction-related risks
• Communicate project updates to internal teams, contractors and clients
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Maintain accurate project records
• Collaborate with technical experts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in design management, civil engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on metro, rail or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience in major rail projects
• Strong understanding of rail transit, and design management
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to summarize complex topics into a short and concise slide deck
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think strategically
