Are you organized, detail-oriented, and have a knack for maintaining seamless inventory processes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Responsibilities: As a Stock Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring our inventory is well-managed and operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory.
- Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods.
- Ensuring proper storage and labeling of products.
- Collaborating with the sales and procurement teams to forecast stock needs.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and generating stock reports.
- Implementing inventory control procedures to prevent losses and ensure efficiency.
- Ensuring the store or warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or stock control.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Stock controller: 3 years (Required)
- Inventory management, logistics, or stock control: 3 years (Required)
- English (Required)
