Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily kitchen operations and food production.
- Provide training and leadership to kitchen staff to promote teamwork and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Help in menu planning and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef to maintain high culinary standards.
- Step in for the Sous Chef during their absence, managing kitchen activities effectively.
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably as a line cook or in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
