About the Role : Are you a creative and visionary videographer with a passion for real estate? We’re looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Real Estate Videographer & Director . This is a unique opportunity to lead video projects that showcase properties in a visually stunning way while collaborating closely with creative teams! What You'll Do: ● Lead Creative Direction: Act as the director on set, guiding the creative process and ensuring each video project has a clear and strong vision. ● Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work alongside content creators, art directors, VFX, motion graphics, and post-production teams to bring the vision to life. ● Set up Stunning Interviews: Plan and execute professional lighting and camera setups for interviews and property showcases. ● Capture Dynamic Footage: Operate cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, drones) to create engaging shots that highlight property features and the narrative. ● Guide Post-Production: Work closely with the post-production team to ensure the final video aligns with the creative vision and integrates VFX and motion graphics as needed. ● Ensure Smooth Production: Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results. What We're Looking For: ● Proven experience as a videographer and director with a portfolio showcasing real estate videos and interviews. ● Strong creative vision and leadership abilities to direct video shoots and bring concepts to life. ● Expertise in lighting setups, specifically for real estate and interviews. ● Solid knowledge of camera operation and the ability to frame dynamic and visually engaging shots. ● Experience collaborating with VFX and motion graphics teams to incorporate visual effects. ● Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). ● Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Passion for storytelling, real estate, and creating high-quality visual content.
