Position: Sales Coordinator Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Company: Oxford Integration UAE Nationality: Philipino’s are preferred (Female) Oxford Integration, a leading System Integration Company, is seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. We specialize in Immersive, Audio Visual, and ELV solutions, catering to projects of varying scales in the UAE and KSA. With a strong foundation since our establishment in 2007, we are proud to be recognized as one of the leading integrators in the UAE, working with renowned brands such as Barco, Biamp, Extron, Crestron, Bose, JBL, Shure, and more. Key Responsibilities:

Support in managing Sales accounts, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads.
Prepare sales presentations, BOQ, proposals, and reports to Customers.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering queries, and resolving minor issues.
Work closely with Procurement and Project team to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
Assist with processing sales orders, tracking shipments, and updating clients on delivery schedules.
Maintain records of sales activity, contracts, and client communications.
Coordinate follow-up activities on sales leads and proposals.

Key Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
