The opportunity

Leverage your media expertise in this multi-faceted role, partnering with our Maximus (AU) and Juice (NZ) brand team, delivering top-notch media and content strategies. Plus, work alongside our Head of Agency Partnerships to manage relationships and delivery across our agency village. Key responsibilities include:

• Create strategic media and content briefs with the Maximus and Juice brand teams.
• Collaborate with and manage agency partners to deliver best-in-class media and content solutions.
• Manage agency partners day-to-day, facilitate agency reviews and take a lead role on new agency pitches.
• Facilitate collaboration and learning within the media specialist cohort.
• Build knowledge and capability in the team and ensure best practice.

This is a part-time role (3 days / 24 hours per week) based in either Auckland or Sydney.

What's in your toolkit?

• Agency-side experience in media strategy, planning and buying, or equivalent media role.
• Client and/or agency management experience.
• A passion for media and social platforms.
• Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics.
