About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agriculture Field Officer to join our team in Kamareddy, Telangana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing agricultural practices, providing support to farmers, and ensuring the adoption of modern techniques to improve productivity and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Farmer Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for farmers in the assigned region.
- Educate and guide farmers on best agricultural practices, crop management, and modern farming techniques.
- Address farmers' queries and provide solutions to their challenges.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor crop health and soil conditions.
- Analyze field data to recommend fertilizers, pest management solutions, and irrigation techniques.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and demonstration programs for farmers.
- Promote sustainable and eco-friendly agricultural practices.
- Assist farmers in accessing markets for their produce.
- Provide guidance on post-harvest management and value addition.
- Maintain records of field activities, farmer interactions, and crop progress.
- Prepare reports on agricultural trends and challenges in the region.
- Coordinate with government agencies, agricultural input suppliers, and other stakeholders for effective implementation of agricultural schemes.
