- Minimum Bachelor's degree/ Under grad
- Prior experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Relevant work exp. Preferably customer service
- Good Spoken English
- Computer Skills ability/experience using computer applications
- Typing Speed
- Call Handling Etiquette
- Transport facility (Both Side)
