Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? Deliveroo is looking for a proactive and results-oriented On-Demand Convenience (ODC) Account Manager to help our partners succeed and maximize their potential on our platform. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our ODC partners, ensuring they thrive by optimizing operations, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding service. You’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our ODC vertical, working cross-functionally to improve performance, enhance the customer experience, and unlock new revenue streams. Key Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for ODC partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to help partners optimize their performance and drive engagement.
- Growth & Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase sales, boost order volume, and maximize revenue.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding Deliveroo’s value proposition for partners.
- Operational Excellence: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics, fulfilment, and catalogue management for partners.
- Proactively address operational challenges, improving efficiency and service levels.
- Performance Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, order volume, and operational efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Onboarding & Partner Enablement: Lead the seamless onboarding of new partners, ensuring compliance with Deliveroo’s standards.
- Train partners on best practices, tools, and features to enhance their presence on the platform.
- Marketing & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal marketing teams and partners to execute promotions and campaigns that drive customer engagement.
- Propose and support innovative initiatives to enhance brand visibility and partner success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships—preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a high-growth marketplace.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights-driven strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and performance tracking systems is a plus.
