Scrum Master with Analytics Experience Job Summary We are seeking a Scrum Master with strong analytics expertise to lead Agile teams in delivering data-driven solutions efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) while leveraging analytics, BI tools, and data insights to enhance team performance and decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with data engineers, analysts, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth Agile delivery and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews) to ensure efficient team collaboration .
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to prioritize and deliver data-driven projects.
• Remove impediments and blockers , ensuring the team can work efficiently.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, best practices, and continuous improvement .
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown charts, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) to track project KPIs and delivery progress.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement data-driven decision-making in Agile execution.
• Ensure alignment between data projects and business objectives while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Drive the adoption of Lean, DevOps, and Agile delivery methodologies in data and analytics teams.
• Work with Product Owners to refine the data backlog , ensuring stories are well-defined and actionable.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager .
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.) .
• Experience working with data engineering, analytics, or BI teams .
• Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Trello) .
• Understanding of data analytics, BI tools, and data-driven decision-making .
• Strong knowledge of Scrum metrics, Agile reporting, and tracking KPIs .
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP certification .
• Experience in cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Azure) .
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile transformations in data teams .
