A Boutique Hotel in Centurion is on the lookout for a motivated Front Office Manager to lead and manage all front office operations. This essential position plays a key role in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. Candidates must possess experience with Siteminder software, as well as familiarity with the global distribution system (GDS) and online travel agencies (OTA). Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services. - Train, lead, and mentor the front office team to ensure exceptional service quality. - Maintain and enforce brand standards in the reception area. - Foster relationships with guests, staff, and local community partners to enhance the hotel's reputation. - Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. This role primarily operates during the day shift (8 am to 5 pm) from Monday to Friday, with the successful candidate expected to cover 4 evening or weekend shifts to support front-of-house operations.
